Divine Life Care is a registered NDIS provider, with a comprehensive suite of services available throughout the Perth, Peel, Bunbury, and Wheatbelt regions of Western Australia. Our team of passionate social workers and nursing professionals have over 15 years of combined experience, as disability support workers, in community development, and rehabilitation, so you can assure you are in good hands to help you improve your quality of life. Our focus is on delivering personalized, compassionate support to assist you in achieving your individual goals and living your life as you could live it.

At Divine Life Care, we practice our motto of: “Choose the way you live”. We believe that you have the right to support that is tailored to your individual needs as well as your unique goals. We work in collaboration with each of our participants to ensure that their NDIS plans are replicated to their requirements allowing them to achieve what is most important to them.
