About Us

Divine Life Care is a contemporary and budding disability and aged care service provider, offering services across Perth Metropolitan, Peel, Bunbury and Wheatbelt regions in Western Australia. We are a group of skilled and dynamic social work and nursing professionals with over 15 years’ experience in community development, disability, aged care, hospital, and rehabilitation programmes. “Choose the way you live” is the motto that encompasses and guides the values of our service and the way we work alongside our clients. We work with our service users to ensure that their NDIS plan is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Our 24-hour service is tailored to accommodate our clients/participants at a time and location that works best for them.
